We save you time and money by having a continuing cycle of recruiting, providing background checks, conducting interviews and processing candidates. You provide us with a job description or outline, we provide you with qualified individuals.

Sort of, our recruiters do all the background checks, credentialing, interviewing and negotiating.

No, at this time, HSG does not provide benefits, paid-time off, or retirement benefits. This may change in the future.

Yes, we do provide PEO services to school districts and hospitals. Health Source Group takes care of the hiring, processes payroll and pays the payroll taxes. Less work for your administrators.

Yes, while we have standard rates, which are applicable based on position being filled, we are willing to work with you and your budget.

No, but an employee may work as much as they are able to as we always have many positions available.

Each site has a designated authorized person that will be responsible to sign your timesheets daily, the process is very simple.

Per Diem are temporary positions on an “as needed” basis – Long term is a set assignment for a specified amount of time.

Nursing Homes – Scrubs.
Schools – No Scrubs / Business casual attire.
